Newly renovated with gorgeous upscale furniture and a full-size kitchen, you can stay here and be in the heart of all the fun activity at Kite Beach, Dominican Republic’s kiteboarding mecca. Leave the glass doors open and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The king master bedroom features a newly remodeled bathroom with a large soaking bathtub. The guest bedroom features a fun tropical motif with a queen-size bed.

Events, Gatherings & Day Guests

We welcome certain events or gatherings with prior approval and an additional fee. Any event, gathering, or special occasion must be discussed and approved before booking.

Please note: This applies to any additional guests who are not staying overnight — even if you remain within the maximum occupancy limit. All vendors, caterers, photographers, or service providers must also be approved prior to arrival. Event fees, additional terms, and parking restrictions may apply.
