Description
This luxury villa opens through a wall of glass to reveal a private pool, outdoor lounge, and entertainment area beset by lush tropical foliage. This unique property is ideal for surfers, families, and friends who are looking to relax in solitude, play in the surf, and entertain in style.
With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, there is room for a large family or group of friends. The stunning open floor plan is comprised of dramatic 20-foot ceilings and windows that yield an abundance of natural light throughout the day.
Relax on the cozy large L-shaped couch and watch the 75” flatscreen smart TV or enjoy a meal at the Bespoke wood dining table for up to 8 guests. The sleek kitchen is complete with a gas stove/oven and everything (dishes, pots, utensils) you need to cook for your large group. A retractable glass wall opens from the great room to the outdoor lounge and entertainment area for great flow.
Outdoor amenities include: a pool, lounge with hanging egg chair and hammock, grill in the kitchen area, an outdoor shower, landscape lighting, a covered surfboard rack, pull-up bar and TRX.
